Takes so long for a quote it makes me think HOW LONG WILL THE WORK TAKE

I've been waiting for a week now for a quote on the clutch kit replacement, and went to another service centre, got the quote on day 1, and was ready for pickup the next day. Bosch was my first choice, but I've changed my mind, I won't go back.
