Vehicle essentially ******

I cannot begin to imagine a worse experience when dealing with a supposedly trusted company.

Following a catastrophic failure of a major component of the engine in my car, the cost quoted to repair the vehicle was more than the vehicle was worth and so the decision to s**** the vehicle was made. The Garage SA made a fair offer which I accepted but now THREE MONTHS down the line from completion of the forms and handing over the RC1 for the vehicle to the Garage, I am still awaiting the agreed upon payment.

Following numerous communications with the head office team and endless assurances that the owner will be executing payment, I am at a loss as to what comes next.

Exceptionally poor service.
