Vehicle essentially ******
I cannot begin to imagine a worse experience when dealing with a supposedly trusted company. Following a catastrophic failure of a major component of the engine in my car, the cost quoted to repair the vehicle was more than the vehicle was worth and so the decision to s**** the vehicle was made. The Garage SA made a fair offer which I accepted but now THREE MONTHS down the line from completion of the forms and handing over the RC1 for the vehicle to the Garage, I am still awaiting the agreed upon payment. Following numerous communications with the head office team and endless assurances that the owner will be executing payment, I am at a loss as to what comes next. Exceptionally poor service.

Women on wheels workshop
The Garage SA Eastgate held a Women on wheels workshop over the weekend. Objective was to teach women to be independent when it comes to their cars. We gained so much information, from Tyre pressure, to getting the Tyre. Grateful for such. Thank you.

The Garage SA Eastgate held a Women on wheels workshop over the weekend. Objective was to teach women to be independent when it comes to their cars. We gained so much information, from Tyre pressure, to getting the Tyre. Grateful for such. Thank you.

No quote, no follow up
A couple of weeks ago, I took my car to The Garage Dunkeld for a service. Everything seemed to go well. The service seems to have been done properly. But they promised to quote me to replace my car's CV joints and to fix various small scratches on the bumper. Now more than 2 weeks later, I still haven't heard from them. Another service provider is now replacing the CV joints, after which I will have someone else fix the small scratches. Perhaps The Garage makes too much money to worry about quoting existing customers for potential business?

No quote, no follow up

My Car Has been s****pped and it no longer driving
I have been disgruntled by the services which was offered by The Garage SA, Which is claimed to be RMI approved. I was supposed to received quality work from the get go but instead My car got further destroyed/tempered with. Again, No repairs had been done initially yet i paid hefty amounts of money. My Jaguar has been damaged and has been destroyed from what it was initially. I had the car serviced one week before taking it to the garage(Everything was fine and well inspected) and when I took the car to The garage it was completely messed up. I took my Car for a Steering pump repair / replacement, as my initial steering pump had a small leak, upon taking the car in for the repairs and replacement, the Tripod part of the waterpipe was broken by the guys at The garage. Well I had to fight to have the pipe repaired.Okay fine they repaired the pipe and the car was running. The steering pump repair was not done and the car ATF (transmission fluid) leak was worse, When I took the car back to the Garage my Car steering would barely turn, The engine had ATF all over it, when I turned the steering The car would make a loud winning noise , That was me after Paying A whopping R15 0000 for the repairs. YESTERDAY I WENT TO THE GARAGE TO SEE IF THIS HAD BEEN REPAIRED, AND I FOUND THAT MY CAR IS NO LONGER STARTING (MY CAR HAS NEVER HAD A STARTING ISSUE SINCE 2020 TILL DATE, IT ALSO APPEARS THAT SOME FUSE IN THE BOX ARE MISSING, MY CAR CANNOT LOCK AND UNLOCK, THERE ARE VARIOUS ERROR MESSAGES APPEARING ON THE DASHBOARD, MY CAR NEVA HAD ERRROR MESSAGES WHEN IT CAME THROUGH. NOW THE GARAGE GUYS ARE CLAIMING THAT I HAVE TO PAY SOME HEAVY AMOUNTS FOR THE DAMAGES THAT THEY DONE AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE TO REPROGRAMME THE VEHICLE. I AM WONDERING WHAT ELSE HAD BEEN DONE/ HAD BEEN INTERFERED WITH ON THE CAR AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO BE DRIVING A S****PED JAGUAR XF WHICH HAS NO VALUE. I HAVE NEVA SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER SINCE I STARTED DRIVING IN 2015. My Right to Fair and honest dealing, Good Quality and Safety. as a customer had been Violated by the Garage. what could had happened if this Pump failure had killed me? Again I am not receiving a fair transaction im beeing compromised as a customer all in the scheme of making money. I thought Being A Rmi approved dealer means that you are competent to repair a vehicle at The best interets of the customer however this is not what I got. Even now I dont have a car I am Using public transportation and I am incurring significant costs

Bad service
Terrible experience at The Garage Bedfordview. The one manager disappeared with my money. The other one change my clutch and someone left a rag on top of the engine and almost burned my car down. Nevermind the clutch is punishment to use.

Terrible experience at The Garage Bedfordview. The one manager disappeared with my money. The other one change my clutch and someone left a rag on top of the engine and almost burned my car down. Nevermind the clutch is punishment to use.

promised to replace an air-con compressor in 2 days (simple job). I need the vehicle for our family holiday, after confirming 4 times telephonically they simply locked up their garage, no phone call to collect my car. 6 days !!!!!!
