Good day Roughly half an hour ago, two of your branded vehicles drove past UJ in Auckland Park, completely ignoring multiple red traffic lights. In light of the recent deaths of several schoolchildren in the Vaal Triangle, which were caused by "professional" drivers completely ignoring rules of the road and traffic laws, you and your drivers need to do better. Regards.
Good day Just before 11am today, one of your funeral processions blatantly, *******ly and recklessly ignored a red traffic light on Beyers Naude in Johannesburg. This was completely unnecessary and completely *******, putting innocent lives in danger. There were 4 cars in the procession, flashing their hazards. Absolutely no reason for them to ignore a clearly red traffic light. Is this how you try to boost your business? By endangering other drivers innocently going about their business? Please stop. Traffic laws are there to protect lives, not to put money in your pocket by deliberately causing accidents.
ABSA have absalutely no interest in customer service. I sent them an emailed query on Wednesday the 5th of November. Despite receiving an automated response promising that someone would contact me, there has been no actual contact, days later. #BlackFriday
Is A&G still active? They don't seem to respond to requests for callback or to urgent emails sent to multiple addresses. Yet they keep taking our money every month. Perhaps someone should investigate what is going on there.
It seems you have to be a friend or family member of the so-called sales staff to receive any kind of customer service. Nobody responds to any of their official contact addresses. I was told today there was an intentional delay in their response times. Which might have been a typo, or might have unintentionally revealed their intentional lack of interest in helping potential new customers. I would hate to have to deal with these people on a warranty issue AFTER they've taken my money for the purchase of a bike.
You have a branded vehicle in Johannesburg that nearly killed me around half past one in Weltevredenpark, by running a red traffic light then overtaking me on the left in a single-lane. Completely ******* and life-threatening. Do better.
I had a misstep as I collected my fish and chips from Fishaways in Cresta. Some of the food slid off my plate onto the floor. Completely my fault. The manager insisted on cooking me a new meal. Now that is the kind of extreme customer service that needs to be noted and rewarded. And the food was delicious. Thank you.
You guys are a joke. Two weeks, and still NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Where can we buy tickets to board your public bus service, such as KK40XXGP which cut me off in traffic this morning on Empire Road before moving into the bus lane? Your driver is a blatant ********. Nobody has responded to my various attempts to alert you to this fact, so I can only assume the rest of your company consists of ********s too, intent on breaking laws and recklessly endangering innocent citizens who are just trying to get to work. Please leave the country, perhaps America will allow you to carry on breaking laws.
One of your vehicles was driving recklessly on Beyers Naude Drive, weaving from lane to lane without indicating or even looking for other cars. This was not a high-speed pursuit. The guy just can't drive. When I hooted at him, he showed me his middle finger. When I tried to take a photo, he hid his face. Disgusting behavior in a branded vehicle.
