I have been disgruntled by the services which was offered by The Garage SA, Which is claimed to be RMI approved. I was supposed to received quality work from the get go but instead My car got further destroyed/tempered with. Again, No repairs had been done initially yet i paid hefty amounts of money. My Jaguar has been damaged and has been destroyed from what it was initially. I had the car serviced one week before taking it to the garage(Everything was fine and well inspected) and when I took the car to The garage it was completely messed up. I took my Car for a Steering pump repair / replacement, as my initial steering pump had a small leak, upon taking the car in for the repairs and replacement, the Tripod part of the waterpipe was broken by the guys at The garage. Well I had to fight to have the pipe repaired.Okay fine they repaired the pipe and the car was running. The steering pump repair was not done and the car ATF (transmission fluid) leak was worse, When I took the car back to the Garage my Car steering would barely turn, The engine had ATF all over it, when I turned the steering The car would make a loud winning noise , That was me after Paying A whopping R15 0000 for the repairs. YESTERDAY I WENT TO THE GARAGE TO SEE IF THIS HAD BEEN REPAIRED, AND I FOUND THAT MY CAR IS NO LONGER STARTING (MY CAR HAS NEVER HAD A STARTING ISSUE SINCE 2020 TILL DATE, IT ALSO APPEARS THAT SOME FUSE IN THE BOX ARE MISSING, MY CAR CANNOT LOCK AND UNLOCK, THERE ARE VARIOUS ERROR MESSAGES APPEARING ON THE DASHBOARD, MY CAR NEVA HAD ERRROR MESSAGES WHEN IT CAME THROUGH. NOW THE GARAGE GUYS ARE CLAIMING THAT I HAVE TO PAY SOME HEAVY AMOUNTS FOR THE DAMAGES THAT THEY DONE AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE TO REPROGRAMME THE VEHICLE. I AM WONDERING WHAT ELSE HAD BEEN DONE/ HAD BEEN INTERFERED WITH ON THE CAR AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO BE DRIVING A S****PED JAGUAR XF WHICH HAS NO VALUE. I HAVE NEVA SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER SINCE I STARTED DRIVING IN 2015. My Right to Fair and honest dealing, Good Quality and Safety. as a customer had been Violated by the Garage. what could had happened if this Pump failure had killed me? Again I am not receiving a fair transaction im beeing compromised as a customer all in the scheme of making money. I thought Being A Rmi approved dealer means that you are competent to repair a vehicle at The best interets of the customer however this is not what I got. Even now I dont have a car I am Using public transportation and I am incurring significant costs
I am so frustrated with my recent purchase of the Jaguar XF 2.0, which I purchased last week Thursday at the Dome As a Category A cash!!!! Last week I had a accident driving at the M1 freeway(I was driving the vehicle for the third time). Injuries were involved! This accident was caused by missing and loose bolts across tires including the unaffected rear left tire. Why was I not informed in the Dekra, that the car did not have bolts? As this was not stated on the Dekra report which I had received!!! We buy cars only cares about money. MY right to Safety as per the Consumer act has been fully compromised. My right to information was also abused( As we buy cars did not state that the car had missing and loose bolts across tyres) I could have lost my life from.the Accident. ROSS Lynne from webuycars has been ignoring me in Resolving my issue instead she is not responding to my emails and also to my calls. The vehicle Tire got off from the tire Axle at the freeway when I was driving and the car broke the rear Hub, brake disk,exhaust system , potentially the Diff and also the left tire edge paintwork+shape got damaged etc. I also incurred costs For towing the vehicle from the freeway to my place. I also incurred towing cost to AE I have full evidence that this is Negligence. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WE BUY CARS You will die!!!
the game stores of carnival mall I came there to buy a drill and there was no one to assist me with the drill...as I wasn't sure what is the difference between all drills. I asked a lady there at game store she said they will call the worker who deals with drills .....I waited hours and the person neva came I had to go back at home without buying a drill because of no attendance to Me "Date: 06 December 2021 time between 16h40 and 17h30

Bad service at Eastgate mall, I had to wait an hour before the i meet the credit consultant. When she came, I was told that I need to have physical copies of my documents and they do not accept electronic copies. I am not sure if it's because I came at 16h30 or what ....
Terrible service from Midas I bought a battery and the battery didn't charge...I returned it....they gave me the samebattery with leakages this time and a broken terminal ....its stopped working in my car .. The next thing I went to the store waited 1hr and they gave me a loan battery that doesn't want to crank my engine....I called and my phone call was dropped ......telling me they can't help me .....today my car is stuck in the bushes with no battery ....I even asked for a refund they declined refunding me...even though the batter was returned within the 7 days window.....funny enough the time my battery was taken for service they took a complete 1 month and I used a taxi the whole month
I've been a game customer for years now and I didn't like how I was treated today. Last week on the 19/06/19..@14:59 I bought 3 items viz-releigh 26 inch eclipse,mainstay 2pk and wolf 750 w electric trimmer So the releigh bike control horn seemed faulty since it didn't want to turn with the wheel..and the gears didn't fully engage on the bike. The manager treated me really bad ,he said the return days have expired and the bike I've used it...they can't do anything about it..they ddnt even give a chance of even looking at the product..he told me to leave!!!! He ddnt even care about the transportation it cost me to take the bike to game stores. I didn't leave I kept on begging and begging because I had payed R1499 for the bicylce and on top I had to personally pay the game worker R50 to connect/assemble the bicycle ..which didn't make sense to me. Before I was attended by the customer care i had to wait for 30 full minutes....the service you offer isnt good at all. When the customer purchases the product the customer receives full attention but when it reverse logistics and there are issues with the product it takes years to be attended. My issues got resolved after begging numerous times I'm not happy at all Game stores promised me peace of mind ...but the service I received was just stress of my mind.
