The Garage SA Eastgate held a Women on wheels workshop over the weekend. Objective was to teach women to be independent when it comes to their cars. We gained so much information, from Tyre pressure, to getting the Tyre. Grateful for such. Thank you.
I bought KIA December 2024 and my experience with the people has been nothing but disappointing. Got the papers that said 2024 model, then in January to be told that I must change my disc as now the car model is 2025. Even getting the tracker that KIA works with what I nightmare, the lady was just MIA. Then I thought all was well, until on the 15th of September, I received an email from KIA no-reply to say that I missed my service date. I took a day off today to take the car for service, only for them to tell me KIA services declined saying my service is too early. I am appalled at how they do not consider our time, we work and have life to do and no time for such careless mistake.
Been sending emails with singed affidavit to show them that my 81yr old father no longer owns a tv set, he is using mine in which the license has been paid. They do not respond to my emails yet call my dad to demand money. Very rude to harass old people.
Takealot held a House of beauty over the past weekend. There were different products being promoted. One lady by Dove stand was very rude to us as if we did not buy tickets to be there. Spoke with a condescending tone as if talking to kids. She needs to learn more on customer management.
Been trying to get hold of their support team in order to assist with my parent's tv license which was never in use since 2019, but they want to charge them. I have sent an affidavit and proof that the TV has not been working and provided the new TV license that we pay yearly but they are not responding.
I called Msure to enquire about my policy. The lady who assisted me was very friendly & knowledgeable. I was assisted at one go. Keep up the good work.
I bought two books online on the 29th of September, the order was only supposed to take 4 working business days. I received a call on the 4th of October advising me the books will be delivered after 2PM, I waited. Today is the 7th of October and I have not heard anything from the delivery team.
There was an ABSA race on the 24th of September. Travelled for free via Gautrain and it's buses. A seamless experience. Avoided being stuck in traffic and arriving late for the race. For most people it was their first time using the Gautrain and they were sold, bet there will be new customers from now on. What a nice collaboration between Gautrain, ABSA, Puma and Cherry. Well done.
July 2023 I tried to join Virgin Active only for the agent to wrongfully register me under Balfour gym when I told him exactly which one I wanted. It became an issue to transfer my membership then I askes them to cancel thw whole contract. Today I tried to join Virgin active again only to find out that my name is in arrears & I must pay. Very disgusting behaviour as they called me in July 2023 to say everything was sorted yet now I pwe them
I book accommodation with Quaint Luxury Villas via Booking.com but had to cancel. Their policy was that I will receive 50% refund. I cancelled on the 2nd of December 2023, enquired from the 8th of December 2023 as I did not receive any feedback. I tried to call (no answer) and sent emails but still no feedback.
