I took my car to “The Garage” in Sandton earlier this morning for a service but decided to go fetch my car as I didn’t want to proceed with the service. The reception lady stamped my book without servicing my car and I told her to just leave it because of the limited spots in a service book and she just grabbed the book and scratched it out with her pen. I told the manager about this and he said its my fault. Its not my fault… They stamped my book without servicing my car and how can I sell my car with a unsteady service record in the service book?
Firstly – Don’t lie and stamp someone’s book when you didn’t do a service… You are a RMI dealership! Secondly, don’t damage someone else’s property!!
