Good day.
I would formally like to lodge a complaint. When I approached the welkom branch to exchange a faulty product which was bought on the 6th January 2024 and given to me as a birthday present. I am not from welkom and when I visited the branch now they attempted to fix the faulty product but with no success, they also refused to exchange the faulty product.
Staff was very unpleasant and refused to help.
See attached hereto proof of purchase from person who bought faulty product bought from your store and given to me as a birthday present.
