Yesterday 31/07/25 Evening At 16h55 I was At Gas Boys Welkom.I was Asssisted By A Colored Lady ,Didnt Catch Her Name Though She Didnt Greet Nor Acknowledge That There Was A Customer Next To Her. She Just Punched The Price Of Gas To Be Exchanged,No Greeting,No Eye Contact,The Face Was Irriated And Bitter. Out Of Curiosity and Irrattion from the Lady I asked Why The Long Face,She Said I Must Remember That We Are All Humans....i Have Studied The Human Body and i Didnt Need A Reminder That We Are Humans.....I told her she need to treat Customers Better,For The Record Im A Customer and Whatever She Is Going Through Is None Of My Bussiness as Also What Im Going throughIs None Of Her Bussiness. The Arogance,The Attitude Doesnt Need Her To Work With Clients,Upon My Departure she Sarcastically Said Loadly Nogal That I Must Have a Nice Day.....she Was Sarcastic And A Nerve To The Long Day I Had That Day.When I reached The Door She Was Mumbling.I Have a Profession That I Studied For And For Me To Help or When Im Working I Dont Deal With Money But I Give My Best Service Everytime.

Made a call to Gas Boys Long Road Welkom , the person that answered the phone was in such a hurry to get rid of me, gave me incorrect advise (I did not call for advice) did not even answer my question. I really apologize for wasting Gas Boys time. Seems like they have a lot of money not to do business with me...

I am very disappointed in the service as well as the product recieved. I bought a SMEG 5 burner full gas stove for R21,199.00 at The Gas boys in Rustenburg, they had none in stock so they said I can buy the ons on the floor I did not recieve any discount. They assured me that it is brand new. They delivered the stove the same day but there are stuff missing that comes with the stove like the oven temp sensor and cast iron wok stand among other accessories. The packing box was damaged so they told me they will wrap it very nicely and deliver it. It arrived befor 14:00 there was just one piece of bubble wrap on the front taped haphazardly to the sides of the stove. The very expensive SMEG sove has scratches and dents on the front and sides, as well as on the legs (very damaged). On the left side at the bottom there is a loose ***** and it looks like that whole side has pulled out. I have bought the exact same stove from them 4 years ago so i know how its supposed to look and what im supposed to get with the stove.

There phone numbers where not working. When I went there they were sooo busy I had to wait. Portia was assuring that my order for a 48 kg bottle replacemet would be delivered the sam afternoon. They came to take my bottle but never returned with the refil. I had already paid about R1600 or more. They are not professional. I woukd not advice that you use them.

Good day. I would formally like to lodge a complaint. When I approached the welkom branch to exchange a faulty product which was bought on the 6th January 2024 and given to me as a birthday present. I am not from welkom and when I visited the branch now they attempted to fix the faulty product but with no success, they also refused to exchange the faulty product. Staff was very unpleasant and refused to help. See attached hereto proof of purchase from person who bought faulty product bought from your store and given to me as a birthday present.

Good day. I would formally like to lodge a complaint. When I approached the welkom branch to exchange a faulty product which was bought on the 6th January 2024 and given to me as a birthday present. I am not from welkom and when I visited the branch now they attempted to fix the faulty product but with no success, they also refused to exchange the faulty product. Staff was very unpleasant and refused to help. See attached hereto proof of purchase from person who bought faulty product bought from your store and given to me as a birthday present.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY GAS FEOM THESE PEOPLE!! I bought gas from them on Friday, 26 April at 13:30 to be delivered at my house. I was told by Portia (sales lady) that the gas would be delivered at 17:00 latest. At 17:23 I got a call asking for an access code to our estate, which I provided. I waited and the gas NEVER arrived. On Saturday morning I called again and Portia answered stating that the gas was definitely delivered at my house. I let her know that no one came to deliver, she then said that she will check with the driver. (She moved from being so sure to being unsure, very quickly). My husband and I decided to go to the shop to check, and upon asking the driver; he confirmed that they went to the wrong estate. We then asked for a refund and was promised that it will be processed immediately. It’s has been a week now and I have not received my refund. Portia keeps saying that she will ask the owner to process the payment. No apology , no update. This is an absolute ****!!

Please update you google adverts o display the proper closure time. On google, it indicates that they close at 6pm. I went to an outlet on 218 Whisken Road, Crowthorne Midrand and got there around 17:10 only to find them closed. To the customer this is misleading and not a #WIN.
