Yesterday 31/07/25 Evening At 16h55 I was At Gas Boys Welkom.I was Asssisted By A Colored Lady ,Didnt Catch Her Name Though She Didnt Greet Nor Acknowledge That There Was A Customer Next To Her. She Just Punched The Price Of Gas To Be Exchanged,No Greeting,No Eye Contact,The Face Was Irriated And Bitter. Out Of Curiosity and Irrattion from the Lady I asked Why The Long Face,She Said I Must Remember That We Are All Humans....i Have Studied The Human Body and i Didnt Need A Reminder That We Are Humans.....I told her she need to treat Customers Better,For The Record Im A Customer and Whatever She Is Going Through Is None Of My Bussiness as Also What Im Going throughIs None Of Her Bussiness. The Arogance,The Attitude Doesnt Need Her To Work With Clients,Upon My Departure she Sarcastically Said Loadly Nogal That I Must Have a Nice Day.....she Was Sarcastic And A Nerve To The Long Day I Had That Day.When I reached The Door She Was Mumbling.I Have a Profession That I Studied For And For Me To Help or When Im Working I Dont Deal With Money But I Give My Best Service Everytime.
Today I Went Puck n Pay Odendaalsrus Free state.As The Usual spot to buy food and refreshments daily the service is always good,we are known by half the staff as usual customers,But today we expirinces what ill call bad,immature service from the head of security i think thats his capacity and his senior.After we bought food and drinks my lady colleaques went to the car and i had the cold drink in my hand almost on my way out i had to go back to buy cups….queued and bought the cups then when i was about to leave the security guy ask that i show the slip,asked why he said his senior said i must show the slip….on that the head of Security by the name of Simon approached me from the office and asked for the slip.i asked him why he said be just want to see the slip….he have to give me a good reason why i must show the slip because i asked him why out of the customers walking out and that the shop is full he choose me to ahow slip which i hv and the ladies are in the car,i even asked is he going to ask a lady wheeling a trolley out a slip he said the lady have pick n pay plastic he is not going to ask her.when at the till they ask if u want a plastic and we always dnt take plastic why today,why while i was queueing at kiosk that he goes and check my 10 seconds ago what till i came from….i left ate my food without showing the slip.i hv dealt with customers as long i can remember and i know when i have not been treated well.went back and asked for manager bt was refered to senior of Simon who was biased and didnt care what my concern was that why Simon didnt explain the real reason he chose me he was fuming and telling me that Simon have worked there for long time but what that got to do with customer service.I have the slip in my possession which they never asked for when i return and i still have it.Very Dissapointed With The service
I ordered Fog lights by autostyle online and after a week i wanted to do a follow up then i was told that my order might take more than 2 weeks that was stipulated then on the 18th Of May i cancelled my order telephonically and of course when i check online under my account it have been cancelled and i was told i will be refunded in the next 2-5 working days andnow its been more than 10 days since my cancelation.tried calling them about 6times yesterday bt everytime my call is kept on hold then dropped
Good Evening,I am from Welkom,And today I went antook the car for test and was helped by a lady Called Tsoho. Then took the car for neccesary tests and it failed and had to go and sort out the issues with the car then come back after frustrating day I had and went to one lady who helped me with payment and then asked me to go back to and Tsoho who was very rude from the word go for no reason and roughly told me I can’t get the disc due to my outstanding balance with my other vehicle,I told her I dnt have another vehicle built she replied rudely and told me that I have another vehicle,I asked her how and which one as my previous car I sold it 4 yrs ago.....she started screaming across the counters and speaking to other colleagues that I’m a liver that she didn’t help me in the morning and I gently asked her why she it yelling she ignored me and that’s when I asked for manager and they told me they’ll deal with her as they have received many complaints of her attitude bt what are they doing about it
My Name is Thabo And My RAN. ********** 11 I Rented the car to go to Niekerkshoop (Northern Cape) from Welkom (Free state).....departed on the 24/12/17 Nad I Used The N1 which I used The Toll Gate To Bloemfontein braamford Plaza....And The Device Didnt Work And Had To Pay Cash To And Fro....Came Back On The 28/12/17 Use the same toll gate and arrived at home At 14H40 which i stayed put...now I see the fees billed at 18h10,18h45,18h59 and 19h30 and i was at home and according to my search is near the coast and far from Free state Can You Explain How Did The Car Get There Whilst I was At Home With The Key...Thiz Is What I emailed them last week and no response...after i spoke to the lady at outlet and she advised me to call the head office
