You took my money and now you dont want to give it back as quick as you took it

So its been 10 days and im still waiting for my money from this Company. No responses. No effort being made too keep me in the loop. 10 days it takes the gin box to reverse money that they took out of my account.

Im done with this company. Disappointed to say the least. Pathetic service.
