Hi there. I would like to lay a complaint against The Glam Store. I ordered a shoe from them on the 10th of September and paid for it in full and am still waiting for it till today. I’ve tried calling them but no one answers the call and messages are selectively replied to. I’m not quite sure what to do as I paid R2098 for my purchase which I actually needed by the end of this month for a very important event. I keep getting told that they are overseas or that they’ve had trouble with customs. I’ve ordered from them once before but I did receive my parcel in good time. Can someone advise on what to do please?
