On the morning of the appointment to fit a new windscreen, I was requested to move the time earlier by 2 hours, with 40 minutes notice time on that.... A more convenient time was agreed, 1 hour earlier than the original appointment....and then the Glass Group guys arrive 20 minutes late for that as well....with an attitude! Was asked to tap and pay on completion, but still waiting for the promised invoice
