Rude and Zero customer service

Recently had an encounter with Lungile from The Glen carz . I am very disappointed with the service I received, he told me to “**** off” on text and he’s going to sell the car with it without me . All because I asked if he’s able to negotiate a better deal for the car because I’m interested and went to view it , was happy with the car. He could have simple said no we can or we cannot assist , there was no need to tell me to **** off and mention he has a lot of buyers. Very unprofessional and rude .
