Took my Bulldog to the Glens Vet Hospital got bringing up. The vet diagnosed him with brochirtis . The dog got worst rapidly that he eventually stopped eating all together phoned on a sunday to enquire they promised to phone me back never did, decided to take my dog to another vet which diagnosed him with a tomar in the stomach and had to put my dog down. How can the diagnoses be so wrong and so extreme

Visited the Glen Veterinary hospital in November 2020 with my pet being quite ill. Dr Johan did the check up, which was quite brief - temperature and mouth check. I comprehensively provided all insight on how our little one has not being eating and had a temperature as my dad is a doctor so we were sure. Yet no diagnosis or comprehensive treatment was given. A week later with no improvement and my pet in a worst condition, I went to another vet as I had no faith in wasting time to return to the Glen Veterinary Hospital. The diagnosis was so poor, incomplete and had not measured or weighed out the possible risks. There was no need to even explore further on what could be a possible cause. This was simply carelessness from the doctor, whom didn't seem to have any insight as a professional on what or why this has occurred, what should be done or what can be given to the my pet. I don't mind the cost, I would pay the same or even double, the problem is no diagnosis or treatment was given when my pet was on the verge of losing her life. I would never go back to this veterinary as this situation placed my pets life in danger. This veterinary is far to commercial, with poor engagement and commitment to the treatment of an animal. We got comprehensive treatment from another vet whom saved my pet's life and even had a follow up check up to ensure she is absolutely out of danger.

Appalled and disgusted by these people!!!!! I previously wrote a review that got more then 500 views. I was happy with the assistance MJ the vet was so helpful and understanding he truly loves animals. Unfortunatley today I dealt with Johan, I feel like this man only thinks about money. I am saddened that he studied to be a vet for money and not for the sake of animals. My dog was bitten by a pitbull I was turned away because I couldn't pay 3000 towards his stitches I was told to go to SPCA by the receptionist. I was there previously my dog even stayed 2 days in the vet hospital I paid the bill and it was reasonable. Today I took my dog 5 days after he was bitten I was told I must pay 3000 for stitches I asked what is the alternative they said 1000 for a bandage and antibiotics.. 1000!!!!! For a bandage and tablets. I think you people have lost sight of what's important our pets and their lives!!! You turn away people that actually pay making excuses that other people didnt pay their Bill's. Is this why you studied. MJ talk to your colleagues please this is appalling. Herewith my bill 1000 for a bandage and tablets thanks for nothing. No even a good and proper explanation of what to do. Sent home with one bandage and no extra to change the bandage told to go to clicks to buy my own. You people are horrible.

On Sunday the 25th of January my very I'll puppy Enzo was admitted to the veterinary. Only 6weeks old I was very distraught about how sick my precious puppy was.

I took Enzo to The Glens Veterinary Hospital and we're helped very quickly on that Sunday morning. Shaun the Vetenarian took a blood sample and admitted Enzo due to him being very dehydrated. The next day they vet phoned me regards to Enzo saying he has parvo which is deadly to puppies.

Not a day went by where the Vetenarian (Shaun) phoned me and gave me an update. Always being realistic but trying their best to get Enzo healthy again.

Today I went to go fetch Enzo. He is happy and healthy and I just want to thank The Glens Veterinary Hospital. You went the extra mile for myself and my puppy, I can't explain how thankful I am for going the extra mile, for the GREAT service and getting Enzo back to his old self.

I would recommend anyone who's looking for an outstanding vet to go to The Glens Veterinary Hospital.
