Wow, I wrote an honest review about them giving me false information that was confirmed by a second opinion just to get me to pay more after charging me 15k for one night no surgery was done and they had the review removed. Everything I said was true so makes me think they are trying to hide the truth now. These guys falsely said my dog needs more treatments than was actually required. They pray on ppl who care about their animals and then have bad reviews removed to keep their records clean. Dis on you!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up my baby and took her somewhere else… BVH couldn’t even determine what is wrong but was happy to charge me 15k for one night stay!!! (No surgery done) My fur baby was famished and had no water in her cage when I got her. If you care about your pet DONT bring them here. They phoned me the next day to say she needs to have another extraction and is still critical however the second option was that no extraction is required and she is stable. They also added the charges AFTER I informed them I am coming to pick her up!! They are money driven, ***********, and basically **** to get me to pay more. DiSGUSTING how they pray on ppl who would do anything to save their baby. PLUS their bedside manner is atrocious…. PS they didn’t diagnose her, I told them what it was the next day.

Deriv, MISPLACED my deposit for days, they said it was the payment gateway, I contacted the gateway and located the tranfer with Deriv internal referance in 15 min. Communicated this to Deriv support and was told I still need to wait the 3 days because that is their process and they close the ticket. I then posted a review here and my deposit was located and allocated in an hour, then I was locked out of my profile. I even did a passowrd reset and was told the email is not a valid account. I again had to contact their ticket issuing office whom stated that there might be some muble, jumble issue but I must rest asured and try again in an hour!! ALWAYS DELAYS, they then tried to bully me into removing the review which I did not, and then they reported my review as false even when I sent them all the proof!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. freedom of speech, my opinion is based and factual experiences with them, I am no loger their client.
Service is not up to standard and they take days to allocate a deposit. You cannot get hold of a team manager and the 1st line of support cannot query and communicate at the same time all they do is create tickets.
