I am writing this review to express my concern and frustration regarding the delay in receiving my Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 certification for the year 2023, completed through the Momentum Group and assessed by the Graduate Institute of Financial Services (GIFS). Despite completing all required modules and assessments successfully, I have still not received my certificate.
This delay has negatively affected my career progress, as the certificate is essential for compliance, job opportunities, and professional development within the financial services industry. I have made several attempts to follow up, but the communication and assistance provided have been insufficient and unhelpful.
As a registered learner, I believe I deserve timely feedback and the issuance of my qualification. I am requesting that GIFS urgently review my case and provide my certificate without any further delays. Learners depend on these qualifications for their livelihoods, and such delays create unnecessary obstacles.
I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and that future learners will not experience the same challenges.
