Lack of Human Respect

These are by far the worst agents i have ever had the "pleasure of dealing with". So, in October 2023 i moved in to one of their "managed properties on PepperTree street next Basa High in EXT 7, Protea Glen" . I should have anticipated a nightmare as i had to move house on a Monday after i had been informed that i could move over the weekend. Due to there being some items that were faulty from the previous tenant, i was assured that these would be fixed within the next 2 weeks. However, between the Agent known to me as Bheki Khumalo and the Landlord, it took them 5 months to fix a door handle.

I am not a problematic tenant, don't host parties, pay my rent on time (ALL THE TIME) but now the Roller shutter door has seen it's days and then last week, it broke and i couldn't get my car out of the yard resulting in 2 missed work days. The Landlord eventually came and made a temporary fix that allowed to drive out on Friday but Saturday i had an even bigger problem coz now it was stuck again. Now both the Landlord and the Agent are not responding to calls and texts after raising this issue.
