Placed my order on Saturday, 1 March. I had to phone on the Tuesday, 4 March, to see if they received my order. Which they apparently couldn't find. Was phoned back and told they found it and would deliver on Thursday, 6 March. Phoned again by Grocery Express to be told that some of the items I ordered on the Saturday already, was out of stock, which wasn't when I ordered it on that Saturday. Now I have been waiting for my refund of R170 for cheese, which I needed already and don't have another R170 to give out on. How long does refunds have to take. They knew already on the Wednesday, 5 March, they had to refumd me! Dissapointed to say the least as no one corresponds on email about this. Would think twice to buy from them again. My friend has stopped buying from them because they take too long with the refund of money.
