Ballito accomodation

No customer service whatsoever.First night had group of kids/people fooling around in the passage haveing a jol with loud music and just sitting around makeing noise ,slamming doors at 23:00 hours,After phoneing reception 3times to come sort the noise out eventually managment sent someone but to no avail cause the noise and party carried on.At 06:00 the next morning the whole party started again with some added groups of teenagers.Two nights in a row no hot water and the receptionist insist i must make sure the tap is turned to HOT water??‍♂️ Carpet in room soaked with water from wAter leaking through from the COLD bath.... Worst experience ever and a waste of money cause management just dont care.
