DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO PATIENCE BALADZI of The Clothing Hanger Pallete

I ordered a pair of shoes via WhatsApp from this Patience lady who is supposedly the owner of the shop. Once I had paid, she’s ignored me for 3 weeks! I made several attempts to contact her during this period to try and get an update and find out when I could expect delivery to which there was no response. All while she continued to advertise daily on her WhatsApp status. Eventually I told her I would take further action and only then did she respond by saying, “ aggh take action”

I asked her to send me back my money because at this point, there is no way i was going to continue to support the business of someone who is so rude and has no regard for customers. She ignored me once again. I contacted Capitec to report her (which by the way I don’t understand how capitec continues to endorse a person who ****s people this way using their bank) once she found out that I reported her to the bank she told me I must go get my money from Capitec since I decided to report her. She continued to insult me and tell me she doesn’t know anything about my money . But she has screen shots of the proof of payment.

I cannot believe the level of disrespect and total disregard for people’s hard earned money. What a vile human being!
