Extremely uncomfortable experience in multiple ways

This appointment left me feeling very uncomfortable, my body weight was commented on in an unprofessional manner (my weight has not been commented on by a single other health care practitioner and I'm well within the normal range), I felt rushed through the appointment and that some of my questions remained unanswered. The doctor, Dr Johan Reid, was NOT wearing a mask (Aug 2020, level 2) and at one point told a ***ist joke (perhaps useful to mention I am female). The practice also required payment in CASH upfront which seemed extremely irregular.
