Non existent customer service

Very poor experience with The Herbalist.

Ordered a bundle, not everything arrived.

Emailed them, no response.

Followed up multiple times, still no response.

All details were correct, yet I’m being completely ignored.

When a brand can take your money but can’t even reply to emails, that says everything!

Extremely disappointing
