Very poor experience with The Herbalist. Ordered a bundle, not everything arrived. Emailed them, no response. Followed up multiple times, still no response. All details were correct, yet I’m being completely ignored. When a brand can take your money but can’t even reply to emails, that says everything! Extremely disappointing
We’ve been loyal Axxess customers for several years without major issues, which is why we chose to stay with the company after moving to our new home and installing fibre. HOWEVER, since the new installation, we’ve experienced constant UDP traffic issues. My initial email was met with a dismissive response claiming that Axxess “does not block UDP traffic.” I find this very hard to accept, given that we had no such problems before the move, and the issue started immediately after the new connection at our new home. Their reply was not only unhelpful, but completely disregarded the context I provided. When asked for proof, I sent a detailed explanation and screenshot, yet four days later, I’ve received no further feedback despite sending a follow-up. Frankly, the lack of support has been incredibly frustrating. As a PAYING customer, I expected more than just automated replies and silence. It's become painfully clear that Axxess is more concerned with billing than actually delivering service or support. At this point, I’m actively looking into other ISPs. I won’t continue supporting a provider that treats loyal customers with such indifference.

I unfortunately did not get the name of the agent assisting me. but she was extremely unhelpful and rude. Hisense, how do you have staff like this, she had a NO CARE attitude. Spares Department

I do NOT recommend lava fires. Firstly, I asked them how long it would take to order. They advised it will take 4 weeks. I asked it there is any possibility to get the unit sooner, even if they just asked the warehouse in Cape Town. I was told 4 weeks and that’s it, they didn’t even bother to try. I decided to order the unit and they required a deposit payment, after much follow ups to get an invoice I finally received it and I paid immediately. After I had paid my deposit and sent proof of payment I had to follow up to check if they received the POP, they didn’t bother to send me an e-mail or call to advise that POP was received. Just before the 4 week mark I sent through another e-mail to check if the unit will be delivered on time at the Sandton warehouse, I was told they are not sure but a truck is leaving Cape Town and that my unit should be here soon. On the 4 week mark I had to do yet another follow up to check if the unit has arrived, no reply received… after another email sent and they eventually replied to advise that the unit has arrived and that I can collect. I didn’t expect much, however just BASIC customer service is all I wanted – but that was non-existent in this case. I work in an industry where I work with the public direct, when they buy something from me, I send them a confirmation and I also thank them for their support…. You WON’T GET THIS FROM LAVA FIRES. Not a confirmation, not a thank you … nothing. You as the customer have to do the follow ups and try multiple times just to get some info and feedback.. I WILL NOT SUPPORT LAVA FIRES AGAIN AND I CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!
