Best holiday experience ever

Booked a holiday with them to Mauritius and their service was amazing. Airport transfers to and from Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel were without a hitch and the drivers were very friendly. The resort was better than expected and we loved every day we stayed there. I would use The Holiday Factory again just for the service and paperwork/documentation that they did. I can't prove it, but I think they had something to do with my luggage being No.2 on the carousel when I landed back home. The perfect end to a perfect holiday thanks to Lauren from The Holiday Factory. 10/10 would use again
