Most unprofessional service and most likely your money will get stuck

These people are ****, book on your own and you will have a lot better experience for cheaper

Last year, I booked my trip to Albania with them, they took the money first and then told me that I am not yet eligible to get the e visa because I haven't yet completed one year of my residence visa and so the trip is not possible. They told me that refund is not possible either but I can use it for another trip or USE IT LATER. Now, an year later I call them to ask for the trip and they tell me that I was supposed to use the credits for some other place within those dates? So now I am told that my "travel credits have expired" aka my money has evaporated into thin air.
