worst service in SA from the holiday factory
booked a holiday with them after supporting them for over 10 years and they then share my details with a 3rd party who stole our money and refused to give us a refund. a major contravention of the poppi act not to mention terrible service and shocking answers to my emails by the M.D. do not support this company . if something goes wrong they turn a blind eye. shocking service . never again will they see a cent of mine. Will be reporting them ICASA shortly.

We have investigated your ongoing complaint, your accusations of theft and POPI contravention are completely unfounded. As communicated to you on 25 January 2021, the 3rd Party you refer to is our Representative on the island of Zanzibar, as is explained in your itinerary, and you booked and paid for three excursions. Two of the excursions you cancelled and were refunded in full for. The third excursion you made use of and were therefore not refunded for. The Holiday Factory does not turn a blind eye and we have investigated your complaints thoroughly. With regards to the service you have received from our Holiday Factory team, we have reviewed the transcripts and report logs and are more than satisfied that the emergency service and assistance provided to you at the time by us was more than adequate. We respect your right to complain, request refunds, etc., however we take your continued accusations of criminality extremely seriously and request that you cease and desist. Regards Holiday Factory
