SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
Ordered and paid for perfume via their website (paygate) on 11 January 2022, received an email to confirm order, and up until now no perfume received, and no response to my emails, their web page no longer exists.........totally scammed

Order for perfumes - not received and no trace f company
I ordered perfumes on the 5th of January 2023 and today. Correspondence was made confirming my order,then its almost more than 3 weeks. When I follow up with the company I am heating a brickwall. The account is no longer active and the is no contact number. When I send the email back to them it bounce back,it said that we invest so much to support the businesses and this is the kind of scam we have to deal with. I tried to log into the website, which is null and I saw one gentleman also wrote on Facebook, I guess he is having the same issue I have. What kind of society do we live in if we are robbed our hard earned money.

Order for perfumes - not received and no trace f company
I ordered perfumes on the 5th of January 2023 and today. Correspondence was made confirming my order,then its almost more than 3 weeks. When I follow up with the company I am heating a brickwall. I bought perfumes with them, early January and when I was tracking my parcel they don't exist anymore. The is no other means of communication except email or Facebook. Tried them both but I hit a brickwall all the time.

The Home of Scents - seemingly a huge scam in my opinion
I ordered some perfumes from this place, paid the full amount and received the order confirmation. Later I received an email stating that the order has been shipped, but of course the tracking number does not exist. After 2 email enquiries with NO response, I checked the status of my order on their website. It says the order has been fulfilled….NOTHING was ever received from them, and there is no other way to get hold of them except for email….which they simply ignore 😡😡😡

The company's name is thehomeofscents.co.za but I believe they change the name all the time to perpetuate the scam. I made a payment to them on 22/12/22 for R1098.00 to PAYGATE SK1. I have tried to contact them and have had no response also I have not received the product which is still being advertised on Instagram and Facebook via algorithmic selection.
