I would like to write a review about Auto & General: Today I phoned Auto & General for assistance with my existing policy. I spoke first to Damian and then to Millicent. They have both been so professional and competent, and I appreciate their help more than words can express. Thank you both Damian and Millicent, I am grateful‼️

Auto & General - Excellence as always
Auto & General has come through for me again, like the stars that they are. I live in Steand, Cape Town, but was stuck in Parow North with my 2 Afghan Hounds after bumping my car. A&G arranged for the car to be picked up, then they arranged transport home for me and my 2 dogs! The staff at A&G all shined in their excellence, and I appreciate it more than I can say! Thank you so much!!!

As always, it is a pleasure to deal with A&G. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have had Insurance with them for a long time, and have just expanded my Insurance with them to be more comprehensive, Why… because I feel safe with them and trust them to always assist me in the best way possible! Thank you A&G…I am happy to be in your hands when ‘things’ happen ‼️🌟

The Home of Scents - seemingly a huge scam in my opinion
I ordered some perfumes from this place, paid the full amount and received the order confirmation. Later I received an email stating that the order has been shipped, but of course the tracking number does not exist. After 2 email enquiries with NO response, I checked the status of my order on their website. It says the order has been fulfilled….NOTHING was ever received from them, and there is no other way to get hold of them except for email….which they simply ignore 😡😡😡
