Could you please report the Hood Store/Streetwise Etiquette Shop to the Office of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO). This is the consumer goods and services industry’s compulsory Ombud scheme, set up in line with the Consumer Protection Act (https://www.cgso.org.za/).

We need to ensure that they do not rob our brother and sisters like they have done with us.
