Hood store is a scam
The hood store is a scam website. Please stay away from it. The products you purchase from the website does NOT get sent to you or request a refund. You get blocked or ignored. The person behind this is a guy called Sinalo Jongola. He got a quite a few dropshipping business and they are all treated in the same way. STAY AWAy

The hood store is a scam website. Please stay away from it. The products you purchase from the website does NOT get sent to you or request a refund. You get blocked or ignored. The person behind this is a guy called Sinalo Jongola. He got a quite a few dropshipping business and they are all treated in the same way. STAY AWAy

Urbn Store/ The Hood Store/ Fashion Plug Mzansi - ALL SCAMS
The Hood Store, Fashion Plug Mzansi and Urbn Store are run and operated by the same person. Apparently he runs multiple sites at the same time. He was allegedly blocked by PayFast recently. Once he has scammed a few people, he changes the name and Domain of his eCommerce sites/stores so that he can scam the next batch of people. He runs Shopify dropshipping courses and makes people pay between R1500 and R2500. His name is Sinalo Jongola. Facebook Handle: SI NA LO Twitter Handle: @Snyjah Instagram Handle: @Snyjah

Could you please report the Hood Store/Streetwise Etiquette Shop to the Office of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO). This is the consumer goods and services industry’s compulsory Ombud scheme, set up in line with the Consumer Protection Act (https://www.cgso.org.za/). We need to ensure that they do not rob our brother and sisters like they have done with us.

This is the consumer goods and services industry’s compulsory Ombud scheme, set up in line with the Consumer Protection Act (https://www.cgso.org.za/). Very angry not even disappointed but very very angry
I purchase sneakers from this store called The Hoodstore online. I returned the sneakers because it was a wrong colour and size. I demand my refund back since September 2020. The send me an sms in October 2020 saying my refund is being processed and I shall receive it by end of the week which was last week until now I haven’t receive anything from these people. When I checked the website online they have changed their name from The Hoodstore to Urbn Store just to confuse people. The person I was dealing with was Sandile Khumalo. When I try to call them the phone just ring with no answer.

These people are playing games with me. I purchased a pair of sneakers worked R1600.00. I received the package and find out they gave me a wrong size and wrong colour. I returned them via Postnet and demanded my refund back. They asked my banking details which I send them immediately. After a week they send me an sms stating my refund is being processed. I waited and waited nothing came in. I send them an sms to follow up no one is responding at all. I am really ****ed off with these people. They are scamming people and don’t keep their promises.

I purchased sneakers online from the Hood Store on 14 October 2020. I used PayFast to pay the shop. I emailed them several times regarding my order.
