I am very angry

These people are playing games with me. I purchased a pair of sneakers worked R1600.00. I received the package and find out they gave me a wrong size and wrong colour. I returned them via Postnet and demanded my refund back. They asked my banking details which I send them immediately. After a week they send me an sms stating my refund is being processed. I waited and waited nothing came in. I send them an sms to follow up no one is responding at all. I am really ****ed off with these people. They are scamming people and don’t keep their promises.
