I am very angry with Credit Bureau. I was under debt review for a very short time. I paid all my accounts and received all the settlement letter from my consumers. I then requested a Clearance Certificate from DebtBusters which I received around December 2023. So recently I was trying to open a credit and I keep getting rejected due to my profile that states I’m still under debt review of which I was cleared months ago. I don’t have accounts what is under arrears, I pay my accounts on time. But still on my cape edit report it still shows I’m under debt review, what is the purpose of getting a Clearance Certificate? Can Credit Bureau’s fix this ASAP…..
Hello Peter, I’m sick and tired how *********** RAIN network, I have been receiving sms’s from their Agency “NuDebt” that I have an outstanding debt of R880 whereby I pay RAIN through NuDebt an Amount of R2500.00. First payment was made on the 07/11/2023 an amount of R1250.00 and the second payment was made on the 15/12/2023 same amount R1250.00. Now I have been harassed by RAIN that I owe them and the have handed me over to NuDebt, I asked them nicely last year 2023 to Deactivate their Sim Card cause I’m no longer using it I have Vodacom Fibre Package and is already a year not using their Sim Carl but the nerve of them on keeping billing me. Are they aware that are messing up on my Credit Score Profile? I called them many many times to deactivate the sim card but it’s seems they don’t want to. I still haven’t two Proof of Payment and both were send to queries@nudebt.co.zaI will take legal steps towards them cause I’m sick and tired now.

I’m furious right now, I received an email from Vodacom regarding Fibre payment and told me that I have arrears of R302.64. Where’s I made a payment of f R709.00 dated 15/05/2024 and I forwarded proof of payment but decided to ignore my email. My debit orders runs on the 20th of each month but I decided to make an EFT Payment in advanced, so what the hell is going on now that I got threaten by Vodacom Collection that I’m in arrears whereas I am not. Vodacom better check their ****en records before they threaten me to take further actions towards for something I don’t know. I’m also cancelling this ****en Fibres and go somewhere else cause it seems they are robbing people. My Fibre account never was in arrears I always pay on time so please stop this **** now. I’m going to Vuma and subscribe straight from them, I’m done with Vodacom and their competency.
Hello Peter. I have been harassed by this company that collects on behalf of TFG that they have send summons for not paying. I have made two payments of R800 each month for April and May 2024. I even attached proof of payments. And TFG HR Department have confirmed recently that they did received of my two payments. Now I’m left with R1700 remaining outside. Now this ShriveLaw keep harassing me with calls and emails that if I don’t pay they will send a Sheriff. Please Follow up with this both companies TFG HR Department and Shrive Corporate. TFG send me FNB Bank Account to pay using my previous Employee Number of which I did. So I don’t know what this so called ShriveLaw is on about. I’m sick and tired with this people.

Hello Peter, I’m sick and tired of being harassed by Rain. I paid all the outstanding amounts through their appoint collections called NuDebt and they send my an email that my account is closed at NuDebt because I paid full amount. Now few days ago Rain send me an sms that I need to pay the outstanding amount or else they will suspend the services. Whereas I told them I paid everything and I want them to cancel their services because I don’t need Rain anymore I have Vodacom Fibre at home. And the time I was paying them I was not even using their Sim Card Data but they keep on billing me putting my profile on bad credit. I told the last agent I spoke with i want them to cancel the services because the debt is paid up. And I was told that they will give me the credit and I insisted that I don’t want any credit I want this SIM card to be deactivated because I was no longer using it so now I’m surprised why I being billed for something I didn’t using so a long time. Please Hello Peter step in and tell them to stop harassing me with messages and email I owe them nothing.
Hello Peter, I have been harassed by this called Debt Buster who automatically put my personal information under debt review without my approval. I spoke to many of their contact centre agents that I didn’t not approve any debit order because I was waiting for some funds so that is why is didn’t going through with the process. I paid my account double and on time and only two months left to settle them out. But now I keep on getting calls about 5 or more times a day form same company telling me why did I skip payment and I keep on telling them that I didn’t approve your arrangement because I know that I was waiting on someone like funds. Now I see my profile is under debt review without my consent and I told them to cancel whatever services of which I didn’t engaged yet because I know I can manage to pay my debt accounts without them stepping in. Because I was never in debt review before now they ruined my credit profile by listing me under debt review without my permission. If Debt Buster they don’t do what I am telling them and I will take this Legal, I’m sick and tired with theirs calls and not following the proper procedure. If they don’t remove my information from debt review I will take legal steps towards them. I’m not their client and I was never was. What I see they are ****** and I don’t like the way they are operating.
Good day Sir/Madam I trust you are well. I would like to lodge a complaint against Department of Labour regarding about my UIF Application. I applied for UIF Payment at the Department of Labour dated 17 November 2022 and was told to wait for 6 weeks which it has elapsed. I have been following up with Labour calling their contact centre and I’ve told that my UIF application it’s still in progress and has not yet been approved. I tried to do it online which my account was blocked and was told by the contact centre agent to send my copy of my Identity which I did, up until now there’s no response from regarding about my Application and the online query. I stayed for the whole months without any payment and I have policies and debts that needs to be paid out. I would like to know what is the delay? And why is taking them too long to approve my application because I submitted everything thing the UI19 forms from 2019 and 2022 but still there’s no response or something no sms or email or whatsoever. Hello Peter, DSTV been sending me email attaching the DStv insurance documents that I never any insured with them, next thing they activated the Disney plus without my permission. I really don’t know what DStv wants from me. Now when I login on my DStv app I saw my monthly instalment has increased to R623.00 for Compact Package…I want to know what the hell is going on with my account and who gave them the authority to decide that I need an insurance, Disney plus? And also why I have to pay more for Compact Package an amount of R623.00 per month? Can DStv explain this shi** to me coz I’m f****ked angry now
