Unhappy customer

I purchased sneakers online from the Hood Store on 14 October 2020. I used PayFast to pay the shop. I emailed them several times regarding my order. After several attempts I received an email from a person by the name of Sandile Khumalo. This person promised me that my goods will be delivered within 24 hours. However, nothing has been delivered to me. I have reported this matter to the Office of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (https://www.cgso.org.za/).
