Dont think of buying your dress at House of Couture... you will regret!!!!

What i pathetic horrible service I received at house of Couture... They run their business fraudulently, hide the cost involved and they tell you later that you have to pay. I had to later pay for the washing and the dry cleaning of the dress.

The owner rudely told me that they are not in the dry cleaning business and it is not her business and she was pregnant when I came.. I don't understand how is it the buyer's fault that the dress is dirty, as this purely part of their marketing cost when different clients come and fit, in the end the dress will be dirty. I am highly disappointed, I didn't think this will be part of my stress as I plan for my wedding.. I am disgusted on how they run business.... Tell the client right upfront, that's how you run the business.
