Exceptional service
Needing a decent heater I went online. Venturing into the world of fireplaces I made enquiries to many online shops, no answer. I stumbled onto a company called the Installer SA, and that's where I spoke to Andrew. Clued up helpful, sense of humour and generally a great salesman. The team dispatched for install were brilliant, as in pedantic...attention to detail, explanatory and neat....so for the first time a team that was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My insurance wanted a spark arrestor and these things prove scarce, costly and extremely difficult to source. Andrew and Gideon undaunted, stepped up and sourced one. To Andrew and Gideon, it is rare these days to encounter customer service that you give. Friendliness, professionalism, advice and then to top it all, a team that pays attention to every detail of installation. From enquiry to completion it has been smooth, worry free and professional. So my thanks. To anyone looking to install a fireplace, these are the guys.

Don’t pull a Racheltjie De Beer, get a fire!
Ahh, fire. You don’t need to understand it. You just need to feel it. After four winters of searching, swearing, and being left out in the cold by so-called “fireplace experts,” I was ready to pull a Racheltjie De Beer—curl up under my emotional blanky and surrender to the freeze. But damn it…these winters are getting colder. Then Installer SA entered the chat. No fluff. A proper quote within minutes. Install date locked down that same afternoon. Boom. Sorted. Enter Morgan — the man, the myth, the cleanest damn installer this side of the Great Karoo. This wasn’t one of those sketchy jobs where the lounge fills with smoke and your ceiling starts crying. Morgan respected our space, took pride in every detail, and explained things in human. And when he left, he left behind fire — the kind that makes you stare, grunt softly, and whisper “Yoh” like it’s a sacred chant. Now? Our Dovre Saga purrs like a Norse god lit it himself. No smoke. No draft. No leaks. No surprises. Just pure, soul-roaring, mesmerising fire. If you want stress, go chase the other guys still “working on your quote.” If you want fire done right, call Installer SA. And ask for Morgan. The man is on fire. 🔥

Best Fireplace Installers!!
This is just the best company. Had my fireplace installed by them and Gideon and his team are just so fantastic. The installing team were super professional and their work was immaculate. Fast response and they coul help me withing 3 days where as other fireplace companies had a waiting list of more than 3 weeks!! Would recommend them to everybody!
