Giving out jobs for ***ual favours

Guys at this restaurant they say that they are hiring and then they request ***ual favoura from you before they can give you the job , if you decline meaning you won't get the job ..Guys why are applications not conducted fair and square because what is this , we really need jobs but getting the job like that is something else ..That guy Lanie De Bok even says " fun in my office " we are not *** slaves
