Stay away from the Jacuzzi Team!

DON'T buy from the Jacuzzi Team! They advertise via Facebook Messenger and is very quick to reply to messages, UNTIL you pay money over. Even though the guy called me back after numerous messages that I left, I still struggled to get a Jacuzzi cover from him. It is only when I got his bank account frozen that he immediately delivered a cover which was not the right size. I requested a refund and he said that I should give him 2 days to rectify the problem. The correct size Jacuzzi cover did arrive after the 2 days (quick manufacturing considering it takes 7 to 10 days for a cover as per order), but after all the rain experienced and with the Jacuzzi being outside, the actual cover collapsed in the middle! Poor quality and a waste of money! It is sad in today's times where one wants to support small businesses, that it caused so much stress and not happy with the outcome! So, my advice is don't pay money over as you will have problems getting your order (if anything). The website looks legit - https://thejacuzziteam.co.za, but it is not the service or product quality that you get!
