Do Not Consider living in The Kanyin!!

My room has been leaking for over 4 months now going onto 5 months. I don’t know how many times we’ve notified management and nothing is getting done. There are guys who came here early February this year to check and they said they can see where the problem is but to this day they never came back to fix it. I cannot sleep if it’s raining at night because I have to monitor the leaks and ensure no water drops onto my bed. No matter how I shift the bed, I can’t move it enough to avoid the leaking from dropping onto it.

The stove stopped working last year October/November as well, it was only fixed a few days ago. The maintenance here is really atrocious and I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking for a place to consider The Kanyin because the service is just terrible!

The cupboard doors always get loose and we have to tighten them to avoid them from falling again because the last time this happened, guys were sent to come “fix” the issues but guess what? A month down the line the *****s were falling off and loose again.
