Gomes Homes Pty Ltd T/A The Kitchen Factory contractually undertook to complete my kitchen in December 2015 and to date has failed to supply stone counter tops, sinks, handles and glass doors. The total costs of materials that were not supplied exceed R32,000, this excludes the costs of replacing the low quality workmanship and cutting errors made by the company.

Last email sent to Brian Gomes on the 10/06/2016, to which I have received no response nor my monies or materials. I have since had the assistantance of Easy Life Kitchens (Vanderbijlpark) who have kindly helped me in completing my kitchen.
Brian,
This comes as a surprise.
The investigating officer said you had every intent to complete the kitchen, and that I should make contact in order for your company to resume.
Perhaps you are unable to distinguish yourself from your business.
The Kitchen Factory has a contractual obligation to fulfil in completing the kitchen, the criminal incident in which you assaulted me is a separate matter.
Please do not confuse my approach in emailing you, this request is addressed to you in your capacity as the managing director of the company.
In your email below you state I have received all the materials, please furnish me with the delivery receipt.
If by choice you opt not to complete the kitchen then:
I will appoint another company to complete the task and hold The Kitchen Factory liable for these costs OR
You are most welcome to refund me my monies
You will note that I asked the installers not to return; following the provision of incorrectly sized carcasses.
This made it counterintuitive to proceed with an installation should these fundamental carcasses not be correctly in place.
Sending your staff (factory manager / sales reps / drivers) to my house to asses the problem does not help when you incapacitate them from making decisions.
In return my attempts in making contact with you for resolution went unheard for 3 weeks, even when family and friends contacted you requesting you urgently get back to me.
I find it odd that you viewed my approach as to “antagonise" and “try pick a fist fight” with you.
Surely you can understand my frustration when I arrived at your offices demanding an explanation for your failure to contact me during these 3 weeks regarding these design flaws.
Using one’s grotesque size and exposed fire-arm to physically bully and intimidate is not the manner in which I engage with people, hence these criminal charges have been brought against you.
This is not the manner in which a professional businessman would conduct himself, as you so described yourself below.
Unlike yourself, I am not a violent man. I have never raised a hand to anyone in my life, and hopefully will never have to.
You should make the effort to review your CCTV video footage as to identify with your violent behaviour when you launched your physical assaulted and intimidated me.
Personally I would recommend disposing of your firearm as you are not fit to poses such, given your short temperament and lack of self restraint.
Morally and ethically I hope you choose to take responsibility and do the right thing by your employees and company in your capacity as a managing director.
Considering the breakdown of the relationship, the duration it has taken (10 months since initial contact) and the overall competency, I would be in favour of having my monies returned.
Should you not reply to this email I will take it that The Kitchen Factory has opted not to complete the installation and that you will make arrangements to have my monies refunded to me.
