Very unprofessional agent don't know if he's a student or what but went to view an apartment,get to the wrong location then he's nowhere to be found,all those student receptionists were just rude and they didn't even let me and my son see the apartment because he's under 16 what nonsense is it that a single parent can stay at an apartment without their kids but they can visit it makes no damn sense to me

I am renting at The Landmark apartments in Ferndale, Randburg and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I received feedback on my application within 24hours, the team was professional, responsive and made the entire process seamless. The property was well maintained, move-in-ready and exactly as advertised. Any maintenance requests that I logged were promptly addressed by the maintenance team & the staff is always courteous & helpful. Although some of my queries were a far reach, the team always tried their utmost best to assist in resolving my query timeously & professionally. I've had minimal problems with roaches which stopped once my apartment was fumigated. They are fair, transparent and genuinely cared about providing a great living experience. Thank you to the Landmark Estate Office Team for making my stay such a positive experience!

One Star it's even too much, Please people stay away from any Apartment operated with Africrest Properties, you will regret it. Their stuff they are rude and send you expensive bill every month this thing of one month rent free it's a total of ****s you will pay it unknowingly Please! Please Stay away.

I stay at The landmark apartments in Randburg, and I am honestly not happy. It is a terrible TERRIBLE place to stay. There's never any hot water, but we get billed for it, exuberant amounts too. We have a generator in the building but it's never switched on to power the units in the building, even in the event of a prolonged power outage. Security staff and building manager are never responsive and never take accountability for anything, they just pass the buck. The building manager and support staff don't respond to any written communication from us tenants, and they don't communicate any changes or updates. We log tickets for repairs but it takes about 3-4 months for those tickets to be attended to, and you have to constantly send reminders. One of the pipes in my basin was not fastened tight enough, it burst with water filling up my entire Unit. It is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen and our building manager is passing the buck again. We have toilet paper, toothpaste and soap in the bathroom cupboard and now it's all soaked. I regret every single day in this place, I cannot wait for my lease to end. And I hope I have no trouble getting my deposit back. I don't know if this review will help at all or if anything will be done about it but whoever is reading this "Stay away from Africrest properties, especially The Landmark apartments"
