Unprofessional agent
This guy Lukhona who lists apartments in Bryanston is so unprofessional him and his tenant do not know how to treat customers,life happens and we have to reschedule but because they are wasting their petrol and as a customer I walk I guess they reschedule a viewing with an attitude wow he needs to go to work school and learn a thing or two about being an accredited real estate agent he was very rude and condescending I'm sure he's not even registered with the EAAB

Unprofessional agents
This agency is not the one they all fancy looking and then hire students to be estate agents so boring the people are unprofessional and don't have the clients interests at heart just want money aai what a shame they only just wanted to rent out to students so they can galavant and not stay at Uni Res..Very disappointed in the lack of service

As a single parent I don't like speaking negativity towards a school that is doing great,I just have a few issues. 1.The fact that the bursar is always confused as to who paid school fees or not is strange every 10 or after the 7th they will send a WhatsApp requesting payment... what's the purpose of ref no if you can't allocate the funds 2.The ALC program I feel is unnecessarily long and expensive for nothing on top we pay outsourced the******s to assist our kids 3. The sports program is boring and having outside academies for them is just too much 4. The communication of information is too much and has way too many admins spamming us all day we should just stick to a news letter every month I could go on about alot of things but I would be here all day,I love that school but please can the school consider the fact that extra costs for activities and extra lessons should be taken out of school fees, The kids do 2 much and all these mid term breaks and long school holidays are draining for the parents Please do better the teachers are great as well as the parents and the principal 😁 but yhoo it's a lot

False advertising
Very unprofessional agent don't know if he's a student or what but went to view an apartment,get to the wrong location then he's nowhere to be found,all those student receptionists were just rude and they didn't even let me and my son see the apartment because he's under 16 what nonsense is it that a single parent can stay at an apartment without their kids but they can visit it makes no damn sense to me

Bullies
I'm getting sick and tired of Miway Car insurance calling me everyday to try bully me into taking their insurance when I just changed insurance and them bashing another insurance is not going to convince me can they cut it out it's unprofessional I haven't even gotten a chance to enjoy my new insurance but they are always calling this is annoying I will be missing important calls because of them and their stalker ways

I'm having an issue with 2 companies Mamella Consulting and Zero debt I have been trying to get a hold of Mamella for two weeks and all the numbers posted on there website either don't work or go to voicemail Zero debt also when I called them last week there system was offline for a week. What is happening here all I need is my clearance certificate from them I got it before but lost it when I lost my phone. We pay these companies but now when we are stuck we are given the run around like what the hell!

CALIM REFUND REJECTION
I have a serious problem with GEMS, I do not understand how I have been sending receipts paid up to a speech the****** and the refunds were paid up within time and no hassles now I send a receipt for the same the****** suddenly the information is not sufficient like who the hell is authorizing the payments and then suddenly changing the rules.......seriously annoyed and the agent who helped me cant even see that I had been paid out before. So unprofessional

Rude Legal team
The service at Standard bank and their rude call center agents is one of the reasons I stopped using the bank,some lady with an attitude called me twice demanding I pay my existing cheque account and has the audacity to shout at me over the phone
