Bad Laundry Service

Hi can u plz assist on Service from Laundry So I took laundry on the 12 th December (baby clothing) the clothes was collected on the Friday 13 th we witnessed some of her Gifts and new clothes all stained upon opening at home

Laundry service did not check when folding the clothing I took back the clothing next day and was advised they will try and makeup right

No call recieved so I went in a 3 rd time .... leaving my details again

Today is the 29th and I call again and then I get told it’s my fault for not checking the laundry

I feel that the service is unprofessional and am left with goin to buy new baby clothing bcoz there’s Nothing they can do! As advised from their management

What can I do as they were gifts and I must now drive around to take back the clothing to the shops bcoz the management said I just take it back to the shops!
