Once again Takealot has shown Poor Service Delivery. I literally gave up on Takelot when they messed up my Christmas order for my kids. Promised to deliver before Christmas and only way after Christmas a parcel came with Up2 NO proper apology or compensation for their Poor Service. Few years later I'm to order something again for my kid and this time again my Order is messed up. How on this platform do you mess up another order and the excuse is insufficient Address I enter an address for deliver. Then I noticed that theirs goin to be a delay with the order due to 1 item. I call in. I explain to an agent that I won't be available at my home address and need to change over to my work. We cancel the 1 item so that my good arrive Saturday passed with no Call. No email. No sms.from takealot. If I check my order it says insufficient address. So why would your Agents do this and make the customers wait lengthy periods for goods that have a time frame. If you advertise a date and cannot make it then show customer care with calling the customer and giving them an explanation to why the goods are delayed. You takealot have messed up yet another order and this time I will want proper management handled apology towards my order
Hi can u plz assist on Service from Laundry So I took laundry on the 12 th December (baby clothing) the clothes was collected on the Friday 13 th we witnessed some of her Gifts and new clothes all stained upon opening at home Laundry service did not check when folding the clothing I took back the clothing next day and was advised they will try and makeup right No call recieved so I went in a 3 rd time .... leaving my details again Today is the 29th and I call again and then I get told it’s my fault for not checking the laundry I feel that the service is unprofessional and am left with goin to buy new baby clothing bcoz there’s Nothing they can do! As advised from their management What can I do as they were gifts and I must now drive around to take back the clothing to the shops bcoz the management said I just take it back to the shops!
Unfortunately I am under debt collection with Fourie and Associates but this has been such a hard and uncomfortable experience. Payments has been made and then stopped. Total of debt was R3000+- but the amount has not come down. Fourie and Associates has charged me ridiculousy on interest and for calls/sms (calls I did not even asnwer) and then sms with the same info with 3+ in one day. Fourie and Associates then also decided to garnish me and involving my Employer with phone calls and emails with exposing my debt. (this is illegal) now I am asking Fourie and Associates to act on a simple request by simply emailing me Payment History but NO response. I want to close this debt and move on but Fourie and Associates makes my Life so difficult. I'm highly disgusted with the level of service and compency.
I would start by describing my Service to utterly disgusting. I made online purchase and followed necessary protocol by supplying information to add phone calls to make sure that my order was correct. Please note it was my 1st attempt and feel my very last and would not ever recommend this business namely Kenly Florist/Flowers. I made several calls explaining dates/times and recipetant details for delivery. I havent received a call back from the property to inform me on delivery status, to find out that the driver was sent out to other clients because mistakes were made by the property and leaving my order to be in vehicle practically the whole day. My order of Flowers will now not be delivered today without notice from property and I feel disgusted with the service having my calls being handed over to other co workers. I personally called the driver to find out his location and was told that he won't make it. And is sorting out something of a bigger order. So my simple/small order was set aside to accommodate another order... Sad sad... Herein supplied text from the property "Dear Clayton Thank you for placing your order with Kenly Florist. We look forward to helping you brighten up your loved ones day" I feel that this slogan has not been met or if its a headline used by the business. Ive stipulated for delivery time of 13h00 and was told they have 2 orders in a surrounding area and would accommodate. By no later than 14h30 I made a call by 14h48 and with not one received call from the business and I as type out this complaint. I applied in May for a renewal of my Pdp and paid all necessary bills... I received an sms from afiswitch (police clearance) Pretoria that all is good. IN MAY Pdp normally takes 6-8weeks so I call the Gallows Hill and no answer, I decide to take a day off from work to go and check if my new card is available only to be treated in a uncomfortable manner. The lady that is helping me tells me to step aside so she can help others with a phone in ear but speaking to no one. I decide to use my airtime and make the call. I get through and explain my situation as the traffic dept needs proof of payment as my pdp documents hasn't been approved. After 8weeks no call no sms? AFISWITCH SAYS THEY DID SEND THE NOTIFICATION I look for further assistance as I can't deal with the lady at counter 3(Vuyo) She explains to me that they haven't received any notification from afiswitch to approve my pdp. 8weeks no ways. I get told why did I not come in earlier.. My darling it takes 6-8weeks and all my documents and payments are in order. What else are u expecting of me as an applicant? If the traffic department is not notifying me to come in why must I once again take more money for travels .... So afiswitch needs an email address so they can mail the proof but what Vuyo wants is to speak to people she knows like really now? There is a lady on the phone and u been trying to call a number that doesn't work? Here I'm on call from my cell using my airtime N u have time to waist my airtime? I get to speak to some 1 else and I get advise that my pdp will take another whopping 4-5weeks Omg who's going to put bread on the table who's going to pay my bills if the company I work for decides to decline me from work bcoz I'm not licenced now to chauffeur? Sadness I then get told there is a option of paying a R45 for a temporary, please u used my airtime, my time, travelling expense and now u want me to pay for something I did not even mess up? No I'm not paying. I looked at this situation and with unemployment at such a high percentage why can't the city of cape town create jobs why must one person do 5ppls work? Why can't the department even keep track of what applications are to b processed and notify the applicant (sms costR2) But no they don't have that system bcoz they can't keep track of all the applicants. My darling there is only 5-6 million ppl in cape town. Not everyone is going to apply at once Also if u multiply the amount of ppl that goes for licencing it's a fortune and that's just first timers. There much more at traffic departments that we as public need and must pay for but the service from the Traffic Dept is poor and unfriendly, bad attitude,no commitment in attempting to check on applications. Imagine I'm left without work for 4-5 weeks do I fall into the 25-27% unemployment. HE'LL NO Traffic department Gallows Hill Greenpoint
