The loanshop ****mers
That business is a ****. They promised me that they will help with applying for a loan and then I will pay them a certain once off amount. To my surprise , they deducted the amount before they have helped . As if that was not enough, now they are deducting every month it’s no longer a once off that they said initially . Please stay far from them, they are a ****

BE WARNED!!! you will get a debi check of R250 for a loan, no since when do you pay to get a loan, i was ****med like this before luckly I have done my research and declined it, and u wont be able to stop the debit order and you will get no loans. When i approached them a guy so called CHRIS, he was damn rude swearing as well thats how ****mers react when you outsmart them. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY ARE *****STERS confirmed! They should be shut down completely and those that they have ****med i am sorry that you had to go through that but do not leave it like that take them to lawfirms and small claims court if you have to lets put an end to it. #theloanshop.co.za

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
These are people who **** you out of R250 and refuse to cancel debit orders even after their own written RUDE response saying my application was only received the day before and services will be canceled they still refuse to cancel the debit order. I am now actively pursuing the legal route and have been in contact with other customers who have had the same experience. I was spoken to like dirt by Chris and his other colleagues at the loan shop. This is an outright ********** company and the QwiekLoans and others they associate with themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Cris Pelser helped me app**** got no money they debited twice R250 and u struggle to cancel the debit order they actually *****ing your money do not let them near your bank account I am so angry at my self for not researching them was suppose to come and check here first

The Loan Shop Disgusting Customer Communications
Chainpay takes your money to supposedly act on your behalf for a loan - then copy this CHRIS guy from The Loan Shop, who happily just sends you a "copy paste" response about not qualifying. Does not introduce itself, but then tells you to "WAKE UP" because he's given you an "auto reply" already! Absolutely DISGUSTING service! Do Not Do Business with them! Same **** as Chainpay loans!

These people charge a R250 admin fee, without knowing if they can secure a loan for you. I have reported them, but knowing ****s they will probably continue operating. This is the reply I received when I queried the admin fee that they charged without securing a loan As you can see this person is very rude, and also does not respect the request that he doesn't contact me again. Don't use this service. They take advantage of people who are in desperate situations. Good day. You clearly can’t read or think. YOU DID NOT APPLY WITH MY COMPANY ONLINE!! Can you understand? You apply online with Chainpay Loans....not my company! They deal with the Debi Check! I told you my company assist in feedback and provide feedback to clients should they enquire from us. READ my automated mail to all new applicants and you will understand the process of applying online. Don’t come with the POPI Act to me...you heard the word but doesn’t understand what their aim is...I have done the course, and I am 27 years in the Microlending industry. I should know what is right and what is not! .YOU APP**** ONLINE and YOU AGREED to the Terms & Conditions. Go and read what you have AGREED to . Furthermore, Chainpay Loans is a National Brokerage and NOT the lender. They don’t have to be registered as a lender. You are welcome to approach the Ombudsman. No refund will be done by Chainpay Loans...you accepted the Debi Check.
