BE WARNED!!! you will get a debi check of R250 for a loan, no since when do you pay to get a loan, i was ****med like this before luckly I have done my research and declined it, and u wont be able to stop the debit order and you will get no loans. When i approached them a guy so called CHRIS, he was damn rude swearing as well thats how ****mers react when you outsmart them. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY ARE *****STERS confirmed! They should be shut down completely and those that they have ****med i am sorry that you had to go through that but do not leave it like that take them to lawfirms and small claims court if you have to lets put an end to it. #theloanshop.co.za
I am very dissappointed in Takealot, i placed an order for mini pool table on the 6th March 2025 for my son's BIRTHDAY on the 15th March 2025, the item came on the 12th March 2025. What dissappoints me is that the box was broken, package was opened as well, the cue *****, chalk, and brush was missing driver just dropped and off he went with no signing for the item. I logged a return with a replacement item telephonically, the driver came to collect the item on the 17th March 2025, but no replacement item as discussed, they instead logged another return of which was collected already. I have ben waiting nearly a month now going back and fourth, agents giving me emty promises and hope and now i paid for something that i dont even have, that is called theft. I have spent many times on phone calls which cost money i need my item please and i deserve compensation for all the stress as my son's brithday is long past now. ITS TAKEALOT turn to give me a call now i am fed up and think this will be the last time i will order from you guys i am also stuck with books that was supposed to be returned 3 months ago oh well i guess i am stuck with that as well.
I upgraded to 100mb line but getting speeds not more than 30mb for the most, Last night i got 20mb download and 918Kbs upload speed. this is pathetic, I have spoken to all 3 agents from webafrica and that they told me that there is an outage in Delft for more than 200 days and they not willing to come out to fix it and never will due to high risk area, poor poor poor service, its so called high risk area then why did you intall fibre in our area in the first place? they offer me to downgrade back to 20mb line but i dont want to then i will run speeds of 1mbs i am working from home and need my internet to be fast i am paying alot of money for 100mb line the cables was vandalized so i suppose if no one is willing to repair it i need a discount then end of story i am a paying customer. #Vumatel, #WebAfrica
I am so disgusted & dissappointed with Takealot I have tried them out and never again, I have orderd the Chlorine dispenser and tablets for my pool through payflex since the 29 November 2024 and order processed and delivered however I received a Basin forcet tap instead I checked my order and it showed the Clorine dispenser was delivered but it was incorrect product. The day they came to collect the incorrect item in which i contacted them, but never received what i actualy ordered, I kept in contact with Rhoda.W via email and she processed a refund and not a replacement which was promised i said i did not want a refund and she credit it to my payflex account. I tried calling every single day spending R70 worth of airtime and seems like its hard to get through to them and when i do finally get through the agents dropped the line before i could even speak poor service and lazy staff. Can I please have someone to get in touch with me urgently as I am not waisting money on airtime very very disgusted and poor service...
If I knew what i knew about webafrica i would of not joined they are not honest and there staff is *********** and not willing to assist i get a straight answer no by agent "Mduduzi Dlamini". With these guys you will always have issues moving home no 1 and no2 trying to upgrade your line to 100mb line i gave them month notice and they advise me that they cannot do it as i need to wait a month so now i must wait 2 months...All you guys can do is switch me over as I am willing to pay the 100mb line but they dont want to agent said no to a loyal and paying customer what a distgrace shame on you, you putting this company's reputation at risk and I would never ever ever advise anyone to join WEBAFRICA you will have endless issues I promise you I am going to cancel and will move to MWEB as they provide much better service and hastle free if you move and want to upgrade....Please be careful of this ****mers company please people you are warned.
I went to Specs Savers in Cape Town, Station , Fores****, to do my new specs on my medical Aid, and they said if i want insurance on it once off payment so I thought why not it was about R160 I beleive or close to that amount. However 2 days later my frame broke and I called in and they said that they will replace it for me because its under 7 days warranty in which i then took it in they inspected the frame and told me they cannot replace it for me because I have glued it together, how do they expect me to see for the whole weekend without my glasses. So said thats fine and will my insurance cover it they said yes I will need to pay R60 fees, I paid it and the lady told me be gentle with it and i said I was very much careful with it when cleaning it. I then went home with my new frame less than 2 weeks the frame broke again it literally just broked wile the glasses is on my face...this is a ******* as the frame looks like I could of gotten it out of a lucky packet or party packet, what a disgrace I didnt even bother to go in as they will not take it back very dissappointed they need to re-look at the frames that they sell.
I have been a loyal customer at WebAfrica for 3 or 4 years now and I think it was a mistake joining those people, I have moved home and due to there Terms I do understand that you need to let them know in advance in which i did and even chat to an agent and this agent ensured that money wont be debited for that month, month past they have debited twice from my old property that I havent used for a month and my new property, I have chatted to many agents which they dont seem to assist you or in other words dont do their jobs, you people or higher management should train all your *********** staff. I have called up many times regarding my refund and each time I chat to agents they request bank statement that will be attached I have sent this 3 times already, the other agent advised me I will receive my refund 3 business days, the other says that there was no statement as that was required, I told her that i have sent that 3 times but ok I have sent it again, today 27/09/2023, I chat to an agent and they advised no refund was process as its not on the system on the closed account. I have been struggling from the 01/09/2023. This is beyond ridiculous, they have no customer skills number 1, empty promises made number 2, and not filling out their duties. If you promise customer refund then its due to them irrespective and it is my money they stole because they debited twice. I HOPE HIGHER MANAGEMENT AND CEO OF WEBAFRICA SEES THIS. Please people be careful of this people and rather choose another ISP.
I just want to share with everyone that this person is a fraud, please do bot do any business with them, this is there business whatsapp number 074 710 9701 this company was JP Loans before they changed to Chenz Loanz, stupid name but never the less. They scammed me before and they ask upfront fee once you pay the upfront fee they going to ask for bank release fee, and just as there I stopped and realized that they are scammers. I went to see my lawyers and they said that this company have been scamming people as a lot of complaints was raised and they just go and open another company with another name. ANY COMPANY THAT TELLS YOU TO PAY UPFRONT ADMIN FEES ARE SCAMMERS, BY LAW THIS IS MONEY LAUNDERING.

If you still wish to proceed then be my guess and you will loose your money. They are busy with fraud and money laundering Please people whatever you do, do not apply for a loan as these people are scammers, when you apply for a loan then they send you an email you qualify, however there is an admin fee you need to pay of R2499, since when do you pay for admin fees if applying for a loan, apparently that is for the "attorneys", everything looks legit on the documentation and even has the NCR registration number. Once you do the payment after depositing your money, they say that the money has been sent to your bank account but there is a bank charge that you need to pay is R3499, once again I send them money without bank charges, why can't they do the same. I claimed my refund and they refused. JP Money / JP Loans / JP Markets are one company they used different sites to rip off the poor people, how do you guys sleep at night knowing that you rob old people / or people in financial crises...I have spoken to my lawyers and this company is being investigated, I have also made a case at the police station and will have those people arrested and sue the company. The person name is Yvonn Barret or at least claiming to be, The name of the "attorney that you have to pay is as followed with bank details: Account Holder: M Ndebele, Bank Name: Capitec, Branch Code: 470010, his cellphone number: **********. The reason I have removed this post is because JP agent advised me to then they will refund my money, but when I did that they told me that I need to pay a refund fee what bull**** finding ways to rip me off further.
