Worst guesthouse in Benoni

The owner needs to decide if he wants to run a guesthouse, or a function venue. The function hall is no more than 30 meters from the s/catering units. <br> <br> Over weekends the parties goes on till the early hours of the morning, and the loud music and alcohol abuse!<br> <br> There is no preventative maintenance done to the units, only when something breaks it attracks the attention of the owner. He is so far removed from the business although he stays in one of the units.<br> <br> I have never experienced such a remote controlled type of owner and always has issues with the long term guests that is actually his source of income.<br> <br> The ave rate of occupancy is 35% with NO repetitive business.<br> <br> The Mask must be the worst managed guesthouse in Benoni compared to Alabella Lodge and others.<br> <br> The owner also runs an automotive workshop from the complex. Should be a maintenance and repair service but a name fitting is car breaker facility. I have experienced that first hand.
