Maslow Hotel Time Square Menlyn

I usually dont complaint , but unfortunately i have no choice when you are paying really expensive to stay over in a 5 star Hotel room.

Me and my daughter checked in at the hotel @14h00 on the 4th of January 2024 the receptionist that assisted us was very nice Neo she explained everything to us as well as that we are allowed to use the swimming pool on the 15th floor because we stay on the 14th floor in room 1409. Everything at the hotel was super except for the 15th floor swimming pool area 1ste there where no one there to assist us at the bar after we called a few times etc but that was not the worst , the worst part was that was a very unpleasant smell actually unbearable smell like a drain or something that we couldn’t swim there at all and we had to go to the swimming pool on the first floor.
