The Mattress People Montana Crossing closed and deliver bad service

I bought a mattress from The Mattress People Montana crossing branch on 1 February. When I tried to follow up, they did not answer their phone and I needed to go to the shop, just to find out that they are closed. I then phoned their other branch and was advised they know about my order. They are waiting for stock from Cape Town and will deliver it this week. Today they phoned me to advise they will only deliver next week Thursday 6 March. It will then be about 5 weeks that I have to wait for the bed. Initially I was told it will take 2 weeks. They also should have informed me that the Montana branch is closing and the number where I can follow up on my order. I asked for a refund as it's unacceptable to wait 5 weeks for delivery and then I'm also not sure it they will deliver
