My husband and I ordered beef burgers. The burgers took about 40 minutes to arrive. The buns were stale and the patties tasted like polony. The chips and lettuce were fresh

Setting of the restaurant is great. The breakfast food not great. We’ve been there twice with international guest and the food was dry and tasteless both times. We ordered green and gold vegan breakfast. The white bread was stale and halloumi was very tough. Would not recommend it. I would recommend the coffee. The coffee tasted freshly ground and had great fresh aroma. Our guest enjoyed the coffee and the giraffe but sadly not the food.

May 19, 2024: Went for pizza and a beer, late Friday afternoon. Quiet, lovely and good service. Very nice setting - first close encounter with a giraffe, was so special. The pizza is really good.

If there is a negative rating I would definitely give this place. The scenery is beautiful but we had to wait an hour just to get out starters. If you want to visit the restaurant be sure to eat before going there because you will be in for a long wait.

Extremely pathetic service. Firstly, I made a booking for my husband's birthday. When we got there, the front desk advised us that we didn't have a booking. But nevertheless we were seated. Thereafter, it was downhill. It took ages for the first waitress to bring us menus. Then to order drinks we had to call her. The second waitress, Brenda wasn't better. Throughout the service she kept telling us she couldn't assist us on time because she was busy. So when we ordered food, it took more than an 1 hour to come. When we ordered drinks for the second time we got it at the end of our meal when we were paying the bill. The food was not good at all. We ordered cheesey chips and lamb. The lamb was cold and watery. The cheesy chips were soggy and Salty. In fact, I felt like I wasted our time and money taking my husband there for his birthday. I understand that it is not possible to always be at your best when trying to please customer's but honestly the level of service received from the staff makes me not want to go back. This is place seems good on social media, if only it was true!

Great place love the scenery, we had made a reservation only to get there not to get a table, but the receptionist went out of her way to get us a table, Thank you for that Took us about 15min to get our menus Another 10min to get our drink,and we placed our food order same time ohh well little did we know we will get our food after an hour waiter was no where to be found we had to got to go complain to the receptionist only to get COLD food, I ate I was hungry no sorry nothing from the waiter no sorry no remorse nothing from the waiter when we asked to speak to his manager he told us they all gone, we should report all our issues with him? Really then once again we had to go back to the lady in front and tell her about her cold food, and yes I did pay for my food but your customer care really needs some major improvement yes we do understand that's it's busy/peak season but treatment received yesterday was totally unacceptable was definitely not worth my cents!
